Orally, NMN (Nicotinomide) is generally well tolerated.

Common orally taken adverse effects;

• Bloating
• Muscle pain
• Nausea
• Pruritus (Rash/Itch)
• Sweating
• Transient changes in stools.

Do not take if you are allergic to NMN or any of the constituents of this formulation.

Orally CoQ10 is well tolerated.

• Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice
• CoQ10 can potentially reduce blood pressure in high doses. Monitor for dizziness when initially taking

Do not take beyond the expiry of this compound.
