Shipping & Returns


We use Australia Post and other freight partners express post services for our deliveries. All parcels and satchels have tracking and will be delivered to the address you provide. Items will not be left unattended if there is no one at the provided address to receive them. Alternatively, items will be dropped at the nearest Australia Post outlet for collection during normal business hours. Some, but not all, of our freight partners attempt to redeliver the items to the provided address on the next business day.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are proud of the quality of our products, ingredients, safety measures and packaging.

In case of change of mind with items purchased online, within 7 days of delivery to your address or purchase, you may return your items for a refund or exchange provided that the products are not opened, in its original saleable condition, not have been used or damaged in any way and you have a copy of the proof of purchase.

Items on which a change of mind return is not available
We will not accept the return of items from the following categories under the change of mind return policy under any circumstances:

  • Compounded medications

  • Medicines (Prescribed or Over the Counter)

  • Fridge items

  • Vitamin supplements

  • Consumable Products

Damaged Items

We carefully pack and inspect our orders prior to shipment and rely on our freight partners to take care of your order; however, if your items arrived damaged, please contact us immediately to assess the situation to work out a solution.
