Customer Care

We aim to provide the best customer care services. 

 

Most compounding prescriptions will be dispensed and compounded on the same day the actual prescription is received Monday to Friday given that all raw ingredients are in stock and payment has been received.

 

Prescriptions will be dispatched on the same day or next business day once compounding has finished. You will be notified via email or SMS once your prescription is dispatched. If there are any delays, we are going to contact you to let you know the cause of the delay and the best course of action to follow. Online shop items are dispatched on the same day the payment is received.

 

Please always allow sufficient time for delivery when ordering your prescriptions. Please also note that delivery times may vary due to many reasons and specially around holidays and festive seasons.

Privacy & Safety

We respect your privacy and aim to comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) ("Act") and the Act's Australian Privacy Principals ("APP"). Also, we follow strictly the privacy of health records as listed in the state’s Health Legislation.

 
Your personal information ("Personal Information") that we need to collect include your name, address, allergies, conditions, doctors contact details, date of birth, and medications. Without this information we may be limited in providing you with the best services and products.
