Orally, NMN (Nicotinomide) is generally well tolerated.

Common orally taken adverse effects;

Bloating

Muscle pain

Nausea

Pruritus (Rash/Itch)

Sweating

Transient changes in stools.

Do not take if you are allergic to NMN or any of the constituents of this formulation.

Orally CoQ10 is well tolerated.

Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice

CoQ10 can potentially reduce blood pressure in high doses. Monitor for dizziness when initially taking

Do not take beyond the expiry of this compound.
